This program is intended to provide secure housing for Art and Theme Camps on Playa as this program is unique compared to our other OSS programs.

Hexayurt's are a great solution for a temporary structure if set up properly and they will endure the changing weather elements; successfully. With this program, our team will work with camp leads to ensure a safe housing setup is organized and orchestrated.

Important facts about this program:

This program is only for Art Camps and Theme camps with PLACEMENT.

• We are not a concierge service, we only install and breakdown the units.
• All units come with an AC, flooring system, and anchoring system (with a door). 
• Our team provides guidance for the recommended materials for the inside to assure a safe setup is made. 
• Pricing includes Reno Hexayurt's setup and breakdown costs. Additional costs will be finalized with the camp once the final amount of Hexayurt's is confirmed. 
• Deposits are included in the pricing. 
• Deposits are returned after the units are inspected and broken down.

Camp rentals require minimum order quantities.

• This is due to logistics on the Playa. Camp leads are required to handle the OSS program with us or a dedicated individual. Once the minimum order quantities are met, the organizer can add additional units. 
• The Hexayurt's being setup are required to be managed by the Lead or appointed person during the duration they are at the camp.

Our team assures quality control, but our team is not a part of the camp in anyway.  

• We require all orders to be finalized 30 days prior to the event. Once the quantity is confirmed we will build an action-plan with the lead to orchestrate our participation with the camp in regards to OSS. 
• The OSS process is very transparent. Our team sets up per a map and a time period the units. Each unit has a numbered system, sticker, and is labeled for our OSS program. 
  

We provide the units, they are NOT provided by camps. 

• Our team brings them to the camp during Build Week and only during Build Week. 
• Our team will be available for quality control when requested. The quality control plan will be stated in the agreed upon Action Plan. 
• Our team breaks down the units during Strike Week and only during Strike Week. 

• Our team reassures our anchoring setup and flooring setup is non-invasive to the Playa and that once our structure is done there will not be remnants of its existence.
• Our team will abide by all regulations from the organization in regards to leaving no trace in alignment with the camp.
  
  
  ALL UNITS ARE GUARANTEED FOR THE WEATHER ELEMENTS IN A SAFE AND SECURE MANNER DURING THE EVENT. 
  
  

Our team ONLY installs the units and breaks them down. 

We will assist the camps team lead with education about the units, its harness apparatus, weatherproofing system, and answer questions accordingly. 

Our goal is to make sure the lead and camp are educated on how to properly setup and breakdown Hexayurt's to avoid MOOP, improper practices with Yurts, and more. 

Quality control plans will be created directly with the Camp Lead per their preference. Our team team will stop by the camp if requested. 

Scheduling is organized with the Camp Lead or appointed team member.

Schedules change due to weather systems so our team will make adjustments as needed with the Camp. 

• All units will be verified for safety for those attending the event. Our goal is to provide safe housing for the weather conditions, but as well for those walking around, biking around, art cars moving around, and more. 
  
• If your camp wants to purchase generators new or used, we offer a purchase back program. We will NOT be offering them for rentals on the Playa. Any generator sold by us is the responsibility of the individual who purchased it (new or used). 
  
  
  We offer bedding packages for rentals, which can be delivered with the units, but the Camp will be required to set them up as we are not a concierge service.
